In years past normally I would not recommend gold-plated wire but today gold filled wire is higher then its ever been and people pay according to quality. So for low end arenas such as flea markets, carnivals etc you can use gold plated wire if the name pendant is priced low. For lifetime name-jewelry or any piece that is expected to last for years and years. Even though it’s more expensive, gold-filled will ensure that your jewelry stays beautiful and your relationship with your customer continues to shine, too.
